The 2013 Roto-Mix National Dealer Meeting was held March 16-19 in historic Dodge City, Kansas, where the exclusive preview of several new products were demonstrated to the many dealers who attended from across the country including some from Canada, Mexico and Japan.

The event was well scheduled with dealer training, research results, product information and finished with an awards banquet where the Roto-Mix 2012 Dealer Of The Year was awarded to Ag Equipment, Inc. of Caldwell, Idaho. Todd and Kimi Smith received the award from company President, Mike Hilderbrand and General Manager, Kevin Zahrt. Regional Sales Excellence Awards were given to the following dealerships: SS Equipment with eleven stores in Oregon and Washington of the northwest region; Bill's Volume Sales with three stores in Nebraska and Colorado of the high plains region; Lytton Farm Equipment, Lytton, Iowa, of the midwest region; Empire Tractor with five stores in western and central New York of the northeast region; and Walnut Grove Auction Sales, Inc. of Roebuck, South Carolina, of the southeast region.

Activities began Saturday night with an informal reception followed by an evening of excitement as Roto-Mix, again, was host to Championship Bull Riding at the United Wireless Arena. The Roto-Mix CBR Dodge City Shoot-Out featured some of the best bull riders in the world and will be televised nationwide at a later date on Fox Sports.

After a plant tour on Sunday, the two-day main meeting started Monday morning at the Magouirk Conference Center beginning with an informative business meeting. Dealers and company staff reviewed results of a recent dealer survey, updates on company strategy and a customer-driven, new product development process was reviewed. A dealer advisory council was appointed and met for the first time. The council elected as their chairman, Bill Pullen of Bill's Volume Sales, a feed mixer dealer with 50 years experience. Several training seminars were conducted and valuable dealer perspectives were received.
